The BAT-BMS App is designed to operate without collecting any personal data from users. The App functions entirely through a local Bluetooth connection to your battery and does not require an internet connection for its core features. No data is sent to our servers or any third parties.

2. How We Use Information

Since we collect no personal data, there is no information to use for any purpose. The App solely processes battery data (such as State of Charge, voltage, current, cell voltages, temperature, and cycle count) locally on your device to display real-time monitoring and management features. This data never leaves your smartphone.

3. Bluetooth and Device Permissions

To function, the App requires Bluetooth 5.0 (BLE) access on your device. This permission is used exclusively to establish a direct wireless connection with your Smart Bluetooth lithium battery. We do not access other Bluetooth devices or collect any data from your device's Bluetooth hardware beyond what is necessary for battery communication. You can revoke Bluetooth permissions at any time through your device settings, though this will disable the App's core functionality.

Any battery configuration or settings you adjust within the App are stored locally on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the App or resetting your device. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect the local data, but since no data is transmitted externally, the primary security risk is limited to unauthorized physical access to your device.

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. It is a standalone utility that does not share data with any external parties.
